Our masala chai is a blend of CTC tea (tea leaves are crushed and torn to accelerate oxidation and then baked, where they curl up into small pellets) with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and vanilla. It is complex enough to make a delicious chai, and it is simple enough to be dressed up with fennel, star anise, cloves, etc. to make it your own. Recommended with sugar and milk or cream.
