Master Chan’s Peacock cake has become our house ripe puerh. We find it to be so artfully fermented that the tea only offers mellow and friendly notes without the moldy sharpness that most affordable ripe puerh exhibits. It’s a blend of raw material from the historic Menghai region, which we have chosen to highlight in this iteration of JoJo’s Puerh menu.
