This blend is our elaboration on an "Agua de Jamaica." Agua de Jamaica is a Mexican sweetened drink made of an infusion of hibiscus and other herbs, usually cinnamon and star anise. To this, we add a bit of spearmint, lemongrass, and pink peppercorn building a sweet and spicy bridge of flavour. It can be brewed nice and strong, sweetened, and poured over ice with a squeeze of lime and maybe a shot of gin. (Cheers!)
