This blend is our elaboration on an "agua de Jamaica." Agua de Jamaica is a Mexican sweetened drink made of an infusion of hibiscus and other herbs, usually cinnamon and star anise. It can be brewed nice and strong, sweetened, and poured over ice with a squeeze of lime and maybe a shot of gin.
